I am sorry you are experiencing an error message on your system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue can happen when there is corruption in the installation files of the Intel Graphics Command Center Software, and you should be able to fix the issue by doing a reinstallation. Please follow the instructions in the following article:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000056552/graphics.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Error: Windows Cannot Find IGCCTray.Exe&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note that the software that you need to download is Intel Graphics Command Center you do not have to download the  Intel Graphics Control Panel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hugo O.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel Customer Support Technician.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
