Hello Intel Community, my recent purchase of Lenovo Ideapad 3 Gaming Laptop is confusing me over RAM upgradeability.

As clearly mentioned Intel i5 11320H supports max memory up to 64GB DDR4 3200Mhz, thereafter contacting lenovo premium care support they supported me with information regarding my system's maximum ram compatibility.

After Contacting Care Support they finalised my questions and gave one answer that my system supports upto 16GB of memory and i appreciated them providing me with required knowledge. But after checking WMIC memphysical get maxcapacity it shows 67108864 which in turn means that 64GB is supported.
THEREFORE; I am still in doubt where my system can handle only 16GB or should i go for 64GB

The processor supports up to 64GB memory:

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/217183/intel-core-i511320h-processor-8m-cache-up-to-4-50-ghz-with-ipu.html

What Lenovo supports in their design is between you and Lenovo.

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
