We would be more than glad to help you with your issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After updating to the latest Intel Graphics command Center Version 1.100.4979.0 the resolution setting option is missing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Resolution&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The latest version of IGCC no longer contains this setting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use Windows* Display Settings to change the resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select Start &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; System &amp;gt; Display.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Isaac Q.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel Customer Support Technician&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply, but as&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;the resolution setting option&amp;nbsp; is missing and the Windows Display Settings don't offer the 4K resolution I'm stuck on 1080p.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I use a Microsoft Surface 6 which does have the 4K ability (and does so on my monitor connected via the docking station) but apparently not via a MiniDP to HDMI cable to the 4K tv.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jef&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
