Intel graphics command center

Hi,

There seem to be a malfunction with my Intel graphics command center I only have the following otpions - first picture - (without the ability to change them : i.e. the scroll down menus are stuck on these options).

I am trying to find the option to scale to full screen for a game (CSGO) that I play in 4:3 aspect ratio on a gaming laptop (Dell G15) and the only option I have is to select scale t full screen on intel graphics command center (which is supposed to look like the 2nd picture)

What are my options?

Try to download from the Microsoft Store the IGCC (Beta) version.
