Olá, meu notebook tem o driver na versão 26.20.100.6911 e eu não consigo atualisa-lo para a versão 30.0.101.1340. Como posso resolver este problema?

Before we proceed with further troubleshooting, please provide us with the following:

Why are you trying to update to Driver 30.0.101.1340 and not to a newer version?
What installation process are you using to update your driver?
To gather more information about your system. Please create a system report using the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU).
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
- Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

Olá, eu geralmente atualizo os drivers do meu notebook pelo Assistente de driver e suporte Intel®. No entanto não consigo atualizar meu driver para versão mais recente nessa plataforma. Preciso da versão mais recente do driver gráfico para executar a Unreal Engine5 e a versão mínima recomendada desse driver é a 30.0.101.1340, mas a versão mais recente do driver também é válida.

It is important to mention that our support is only provided in English. To better assist you, we use a translation tool, hence; the translation may not be completely accurate.

We would like to further investigate this matter internally. However, before we look into this problem, we would like to request the following inforamtion:

What do you mean that you can't install the driver version? Is it that the driver is not recommended or is it that the driver installation process fails?
Do you receive any error messages? If so, provide us with a screenshot of the error message.
Provide us with the Intel® DSA Folders. Check the article: "How to Obtain the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) Folders?" for further indications. These Intel® DSA folders provide information on all the changes that happen during updates, scans, and initialization of the Intel® DSA.

Since you mentioned that you needed the driver to run Unreal Engine 5. You can try manually installing the latest driver for your Intel Graphics adapter, 31.0.101.2125.

Olá, não é que haja alguma falha na instalação do driver, eu só não sabia onde obter a versão do driver, mas graças ao link deixado por você eu consegui instalar manualmente o driver com a versão mais recente. Contudo obrigado pelo suporte.
