      <description>&lt;P&gt;hello isaac Q, thanks for your help,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i did the ssu scan,and sent the file,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also the gtx 1050 overheats and doesn't work,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i also mistook the 630 for the 620,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now for the questions&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1_ i started playing on the latest version,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2_ No,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3_tried to reinstall the drivers,tried to to search internet and nobody seems to have the same problem,tried to crank the fans up because i thought it was an overheating issue but the cpu stays at 63 celsius&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you need to ask more questions don't hesitate to ask,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, this driver is only available for Arc and iGPU from 11th gen and newer.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;·&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Resolution:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As mentioned in the article&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091662/graphics.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Graphics Driver Support Update for 10th Generation and Older Intel Processor Graphics&lt;/A&gt;, Intel will only be fixing critical issues and security vulnerabilities on iGPU included with 10th gen and older CPUs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In other words, the issue has been fixed for newer gens, Intel will only be fixing &lt;U&gt;critical issues and security vulnerabilities&lt;/U&gt; on iGPU included with 10th gen and older CPUs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand how frustrating it is that we can't offer a solution for this problem now. We're going to go ahead and close this discussion. I'm sorry that we couldn't resolve the issue, but I want to be upfront that there aren't any updates or fixes available for older processors.       <description>I am facing the exact same issues, even the graphic one, when i turn off Anti Aliasing, everything almost turns black and dark, and there are red and black particles regardless of the graphic settings, i have the same GPU, Intel UHD 620. I cant progress and cant even abandon the mission so basically im stuck. I looked up some tutorials but there was nothing to be found. I also dont like the idea of downloading a save file, even after updating the graphic driver, nothing seems to work so i guess it is up to the game or Intel developers</description>
