    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would uninstall the Intel customer improvement program, and then I would uninstall IDSA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You did not specify what graphics you have.&amp;nbsp; However, it is likely you took the defaults at install time and the two programs above were installed with the graphics driver, which is a crime being commited by Intel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)&lt;BR /&gt;[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]&lt;/P&gt;</description>
