Intel arc unique driver, in the version before 4577 never had the problem of csgo screen stuck, but in the driver version after 4577 all the game screen stuck and can only be forced to close the situation, forced exit steam will prompt components error

Before starting with the troubleshooting steps, please answer the following questions:

Is there an error message when the game gets stuck? If so, take a screenshot of the error message.
Take screenshots of the game settings. This is in case we need to replicate the issue.
Does the issue happen with the newest graphics drivers?
To know about the hardware and software you have installed download, run, save and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.
