Crashing When loading up from a save file from Starfield

Before the recent updates from both Bethesda and Intel, the game crashed fairly often. I was hoping that i could wait until newer updates came out from either. Since then, i cannot even load from a save file. The game will now immediately crash. I managed to find the crash log found in User/AppData/Local/Starfield, and this is what it says:

Currently, my system info is:
Windows 11
Intel Arc A770 16GB
16GB DDR4
Intel 12th Gen 12500k CPU

The game was installed onto a SSD and from Xbox Games on PC. I hope this can be resolved quickly, as i cannot even play the game anymore. I have attached the files where this error log was from below. Thank You.

EDIT: Now i am getting more issues. The game will not even go as far as the main menu before crashing, and I am now experiencing issues outside of Starfield. When i load YouTube on my browser for example, It is missing graphics from the webpage and also getting occasional artifacts. I ran auto updates on windows and it wants me to revert to an older Intel driver (31.0.101.4577). I installed it and now my browsers are stable but I'm afraid i cant even run Starfield. What is going on??? This update has caused more issues than it has fixed it seems.

I just updated to driver version 31.0.101.4824 and I get the same error (0x00000000E4001009). This is the 3rd driver update I've installed since getting Starfield. It's gone from not booting at all, and sucking up all 32GB of RAM to somewhat playable and crashing every 5 minutes to the latest where it crashes when loading save files.

This is exactly what's happening to me too. Since I've updated to the latest drivers from Intel on the 13th and updated from Bethesda on the same day, the game is literally unplayable.

Does the issue happen with the driver 31.0.101.4577?
To check what is your hardware and software environment, download and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

Thank you for your response, I am sorry to hear that you were not able to attach Intel® SSU.

To attach it please follow the steps below as it should generate a .txt file:

Once it is downloaded. Scan: Check the box Everything.
Click Scan.
Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
Click Save.

The driver 31.0.101.4577 was removed from our Download Center, but let's try our oldest driver 31.0.101.4672 by clean installating with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). For guidance, How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
Then repeat the previous steps but this time by downloading the latest driver 31.0.101.4826.

Please let me know the results.

I have attached the new system report.

I tried installing the older driver (31.0.101.4577), and the game would not even boot. I noticed in my task manager that it was taking up 100% of my CPU memory.

When i installed the latest driver that has been released on the 18th (31.0.101.4826) The game had launched and also manages to load a save file. However, this only lasts until you arrive at HUB locations in game (new atlantis for my specific crash) or when you arrive at a loading screen of any sort.

An update on the recent driver update (31.0.101.4885)

Yesterday i managed to have a 3 hour game session playing Starfield, with no crashed whatsoever! When loading into different areas of the game, it seamlessly loaded, no signs of frame drops, and no graphical issues what so ever!

It may be too soon to speak, since this update isn't a WHQL Certified update, but i believed the issue to be resolved. Thanks!

We have completed the issue reproduction and the issue was present with driver 31.0.101.4826, actually, I was going to recommend updating the driver to version 31.0.101.4885 I am happy to hear that it fixed the issue.
