Lineage2m PCGame crashed / froze

all the newer video card drivers causes game crashes and screen froze, had to force shut off the game and restart.

only version that kind works with Lineage2m is the 101.4369, but even with 101.4369 game still getting alot error message from time to time, but at least "barely playable" all other version of drivers will just hard crash nonstop.

To have a better idea of the issue, please answer the following questions:

Does the game get frozen in a specific scenario or when doing something specific? If so, let me know when it happens.
Take screenshots of the game settings in case we need to replicate the issue.
Attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows to know your system information and provide you with the next steps.
