      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Jean,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you for coming back to me so quickl.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the system check I did use the tool implemented in the windows 10 software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here I checked for graphic cards. The windows system did show the driver for this graphic card to be up to date but there might be better cards or drivers on the Web.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the web I could find this graphic card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Graphic card used on my laptop:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Intel (R) UHD Graphics 605&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can set one monitor at a time on the HDI socket on the laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to connect the second monitor I did use:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- HAMA Adapt USB A to USB C&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- HAMA Adapt with multiple sockets&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--&amp;gt; HDMI socket&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--&amp;gt; 2x USB A&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--&amp;gt; 1 x USB C&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- VWRHAR 3 in 1 out 4K HDMI SWITCH&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Amazon 3 HDMI in 1 HDMI out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;None this worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Laptop only does recognise the one monitor connected via the HDMI socket&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As my laptop set up does not allow to submit the report via the link provided by you please find attached a copy of the system check conducted&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;with the Intel SSU-link you have provided me with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for your support so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attached find the reprot of the Intel system check&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
