Can you share more details about the software application you used to check this?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are you able to set a monitor at a time, meaning that you only plug one additional monitor at a time?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are you using any type of video adapter when connecting the two monitors?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;To check for more details about your system. For this, please create a report using the Intel&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":registered:"&gt;®️&lt;/span&gt; System Support Utility (Intel&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":registered:"&gt;®️&lt;/span&gt; SSU):&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/25293/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Download the Intel SSU&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information.
