Looking for Driver Download: igdkmd64.sys

Hey Folks, I am looking for a particular driver, and it's driving me mad looking for it,
I have a Dell Optiplex 9020 tower: Windows 11 pro, 8GB, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz, 1TB SSD, x64-based processor (Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600).
Can somebody please point me in the correct direction and tell/ show me what to do?

The particular driver(s) is: Igdkmd64.sys (published name: oem39.inf). This particular driver is related to the Intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows(R), I have gone through every process imaginable and I just want a safe way to properly install said driver, can someone please help?
It has to do with the Memory Integrity of my PC - which is at this moment switched off.
I am able to use my PC fine, but just want to sort this issue out, this Driver has been switched off for a few months and now I need it fixed.

I have gone to Dell - and they're telling me that they do not have that particular driver for Windows 11 on the Optiplex 9020.
I have updated many drivers on my PC and still no fix. I am dubious about going any further without correct guidance, I do not want to "Brick" my PC, it is still fairly new and I am still paying it off, the last thing I want to do is damage it in any way.

Please reply with details.

The i5-4570 is not supported by W1, thus your graphics are not supported by W11.

Your processor (and graphics) are simply not supported by W11. For you to get to W11, you had to apply a hack. Microsoft warns that you may experience problems doing this.

What to do? If you want to run W11, get a system with a supported processor. Or, go back to W10.

You can run W11 on 8th gen and later processors, however I would recommend an 11th gen or later, only because of Intel's graphic driver position.

You may try some video card (nvidia, e.g.).
