We would be more than glad to help you with the issue when playing Counter-Strike 2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To better assist you, we would like to ask for the following information:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When did the issue start?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When you mentioned that your PC will break, do you mean that you experienced a crashing issue?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Was there any other graphics card installed in the system before you installed the Intel Arc graphics?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is Resizable BAR enabled?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What steps have you taken to solve this issue?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;We understand that you have an Intel® Arc™ A770, but we would like to check more details about your card. Is it a Limited Edition card, or is it a graphics card from any of the other manufacturers: Acer, AsRock, Sparkle?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;To have more information about your system, create a report using the &lt;A href="https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Intel&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":registered:"&gt;®️&lt;/span&gt; System Support Utility (Intel&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":registered:"&gt;®️&lt;/span&gt; SSU)&lt;/A&gt;:&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information.
