Max refresh rate and resolution that HD Graphics 630 support ?

Following is my system configuration :

intel i3 7100 Kaby Lake

Gigabyte H110M-H-CF with HDMI 1.4

16+8GB Corsair DDR4 RAM 2400MHz

I am about to upgrade my monitor and looking to get at least 32 inches, 2K resolution, 1ms response time with higher refresh rate (from 144Hz - 200Hz). I am curious to know if my existing processor and motherboard can handle it or not ? should add graphics card with display port to support my upgrade ? if yes then plz suggest some good options that is compatible with my existing hardware. I am not a hardcore gamer or content creator, just a casual user.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® HD Graphics 630.

In this case, Intel recommends you use a dedicated video card since this will improve the performance and will allow the processor to improve the performance. I recommend you check with Gigabyte to check the supported video cards by their system.

If you want to use the integrated graphics (Intel® HD Graphics 630), bear in mind that these are the supported resolution by the Intel® HD Graphics 630:

1. Max Resolution (HDMI)‡ 4096x2304@24Hz

2. Max Resolution (DP)‡ 4096x2304@60Hz

3. Max Resolution (eDP - Integrated Flat Panel)‡ 4096x2304@60Hz

Also bear in mind that HDMI 1.4: Supports up to 4K (4,096 by 2,160) at 24Hz, 4K (3,840 by 2,160) at 30Hz, or 1080p at 120Hz. HDMI 2.0: Supports up to 4K at 60Hz, and later versions (HDMI 2.0a and 2.0b) include support for HDR.

Could you please let me know what resolution and max refresh rate this i3 7100 can support via displayport like you explained for hdmi1.4 ? I am thinking of buying one of these https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B08FCHQXSQ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A2PAIMNRE7S3TW&th=1 instead of dedicated graphics card will this be able to run 1440p @higher refresh rate (from 120-165Hz) ?

And what is the highest refresh rate for 2K (QHD) resolution? I have only 60hz on it
