      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did use DDU when installing the most recent updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the main game I'm having issues with (&lt;A href="https://store.steampowered.com/app/1966720/Lethal_Company/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;lethal company&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ran the scan after reinstalling the newest driver and letting the game crash.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wasn't able to generate a driver report. the instructions seem to not apply to the arc control driver.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I forgot to mention the steps to reproduce. The game crashes within 30seconds of starting a lobby, online or lan.</description>

Update the BIOS to version 5.01.       <description>I updated the BIOS and ME drivers and still having the same issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The crash either generates a ‘program not responding’ popup or it will freeze and has to be closed from task manager.</description>
