      <title>Intel High Definition DSP device with error 28</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I posted this in this forum because it forced me to choose a forum, and none applied to embedded audio.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Lenovo T15g Gen 1 ThinkPad - Type 20UR, running Windows 11 Pro 64-bit. I recently reloaded the OS, and now the speakers don’t work with the 3.5mm jack.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Device Manager shows an unknown Intel High Definition DSP device with error 28. I have run Windows Update Lenovo Commercial Vantage update and downloaded/installed the driver from Lenovo through setup and manually. Nothing worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;KA_USA, I just received an update on this matter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After reviewing the case, we can confirm that since the problem is related to audio issues with the 3.5mm&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;port, the only one with drivers or who can provide the proper technical support for this scenario is the manufacturer of the computer.
