Was it working before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to have more information about your system, we need two reports. So, please download, install and run &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/25293/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html?v=t" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Intel® System Support Utility for Windows&lt;/A&gt;.       <description>I will connect my laptop to my monitor with an hdmi cable, but as soon as I plug in the hdmi cable, the screen of my laptop turns off and my 2nd monitor does not open. I think I pressed a wrong button in the Intel Graphics Control Center application. How can I do this?&lt;BR /&gt;i can fix it</description>
