We would be more than glad to help you with your issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To better assist you with your problem, share with us the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When did the issue start?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If possible, check the outcome for uninstalling the Intel Arc Card of your system (in case you are using a desktop card).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are you using any RGB control Apps?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;We would like to request further system details for your PC. Please, create a system report using the&amp;nbsp;Intel&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":registered:"&gt;®️&lt;/span&gt; System Support Utility (Intel&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":registered:"&gt;®️&lt;/span&gt; SSU).&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/25293/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html?" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Download the Intel SSU&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":registered:"&gt;®️&lt;/span&gt; SSU will take you to the "Summary View." &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View." &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save." &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We also would like to recommend running the Display Driver Uninstaller. Once you run the tool, you should install the latest driver from the Intel BETA driver, &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/729157/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-beta-windows.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;31.0.101.4499&lt;/A&gt;.
