To better assist you with your problem, share with us the following:

When did the issue start?
If possible, check the outcome for uninstalling the Intel Arc Card of your system (in case you are using a desktop card).
Are you using any RGB control Apps?
We would like to request further system details for your PC. Please, create a system report using the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU).
- Download the Intel SSU
- Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
- Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save."

We also would like to recommend running the Display Driver Uninstaller. Check How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver for instructions. Once you run the tool, you should install the latest driver from the Intel BETA driver, 31.0.101.4499. The DDU tool will eliminate all drivers and leftover files from previous driver versions.

install this ASRock program as it already has the driver to fix this device. ARC770 16GB
