intel Xess DLSS not shwoing suddenly

i was playing THE FINALS and after few graphic customization the INTEL XESS DLSS is not showing up in the option i have tried to re-install the graphic driver but the fps is around 40-60 average ,, i have also tried to re install the game but the result is same.

Please answer the following:

· What are the “customizations” you are talking about?

· If you revert the changes, does the issue disappear?

· Were you using an older graphics driver?

· Please provide a screenshot where the option should be.

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

Then, please generate and attach the Report for Intel® Graphics Command Center
