Screen Flicker glitch

Hello ,

I am currently on a pc with the inegrated gpu (intel Q45/Q43 express chipset WDDM 1.1)
it suddenly stops and just keeps flickering untill it shuts down
this happens at some applications like when opening certain websites on Browser or opening some light games that worked fine before without issues

I tried updating the driver and many more solutions and none work

I know that my pc is so old (literally got it in 2012 lol) but I can't afford another one now

so any solutions ?
