Hello, I've got storyboard Pro 4.1 on Cintiq Companion crashing very often.

I'm on win 8.1 with the latest driver (10.18.10.4061) and get the following message in the logs :

Does this problem occur with earlier Intel(R) driver?

Have you tested computer manufacturer drivers?

Which version of Windows do you have? 32 or 64 bit?

Also, the exact processor model and the graphics controller:

Click the Windows icon, and then right-click Computer .

Select Properties .

Find System Type on the Properties window, and then note the processor model.

It's a new Wacom Cintiq Companion, I've done the upgrade from win 8 to 8.1 and all the drivers before installing any software. I haven't tested with the former driver.

Well, it's brand new item, and it have the latest Wacom driver..

The proc is a I7 Ivybridge 3517U runing a Win 8.1 64 bits. Intel HD Graphics 4000

I just updated the driver yesterday (the latest version was published yesterday) and haven't tested yet.

The software crash in very peculiar condition. It's occur only when I import jpeg or images in the soft.

Otherwise, it's runing fine.

Still have the same problem with the latest graphic driver (10.18.10.4061).

I have downloaded the Toon Boom Storyboard Pro version 4.1, it was a trial.

I installed latest Graphics Driver 4061

Run the software and imported images (jpeg) as Scenes and Layers. I did not get the software to crash or same error message.

Would be able to provide further steps that way I could try to replicate same behavior?

It works till you starts to draw.

Then it will crash.

Import the img file in the drawing areas through the library, than draw on another layer.It crashes everytime on my wacom, except if I Save every two or tree action.

I'll try to make a screenmovie today.

Import a jpeg image via the library, than draw with the pencil tool and it'll crash immediatly.

But since, I've updated the driver with the latest version (March 2015 I think) and it seems much more stable.

I'ven't encountered the problem since.

I keep you informed if it happens again.

I still have the same problem with the latest driver update :win64_153335

Storyboard Pro close everytime I work with a Jpeg file in background.

The ony method I've found is to hide the layer with the jpeg so I can work.

Do you have a sample project file we could use to reproduce the issue?

Does the issue occur in all playback resolutions for the project or just a specific resolution?

Do you have the latest QuickTime and Acrobat installed?

I work on a Wacom Companion

A Windows 8.1 tablet with a 13.3-inch full HD display and Wacom's signature touchscreen/stylus combo with 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity. Inside is an Intel Core i7 processor, 8GB of RAM, and an Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics processor. The screens are all 13.3 inches across, use 1,920 x 1,200 pixel 'Full HD' resolution.

It occur when I load a jpeg file in a layer and begin to draw in another lawer.

I will upgrade QT and Acrobat if needed.
