I'm having the same problem and uninstalling, reinstalling (from Intel site) did not help. I'm using an LG Gram running Windows 11. I can't find a reason why it's not working and I'm trying to chase down a problem with my computer freezing. Any help with this Intel scan problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jere,

My advice is to download the Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.8250 and double click on the .exe file to install this driver. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Before running this installation, disable any third party Antivirus Software (if you have any installed). Once the driver is installed, you may enable the Antivirus Software again.

Leon

Thanks for the response. I just changed my default browser to Chrome (temporarily) and ran the scan without problem and was able to update the driver. Edge apparently has an issue with its configuration. I cleared the cache and did a repair on Edge but to no joy. Until I figure this out I can use Chrome for Intel updates.
