Can someone help me fix the error

Hi! i have been trying to update my driver but there are some problem i have no idea how to fix it:

_There was no internet available during program startup on March 18, 2024 at 20:08. The program used cached data last retrieved on March 16, 2024 at 10:55 to determine updates. Please click "Refresh Results" to try again.

i think this lead to driver software Download Failed Unexpectedly.I am using Xe graphics,window 11,HP Pavilion Laptop 14-dv0xxx. my laptop still in driver version 31.0.101.5186 and can't update.
if you know how to fix please tell me
