      <description>&lt;P&gt;Isn't it ironic that an "improvement" program is doing the exact opposite and grinding the system to a halt. I have uninstalled the program which stopped the CPU and fan going crazy. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;It is enough to perform a clean restart once as soon as Intel(R) System Usage Report consumes too much CPU...&lt;BR /&gt;After the clean restart it only used 0-0.1% CPU for me&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To do a clean boot, do this: press Windows + R (this opens the command window). There you enter this:&amp;nbsp;shutdown /g /f /t 0&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope it helps you with this problem&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
