Intel Graphics Card HD 630 driver

I'm trying to update the Intel HD630 to the latest driver 31.0.101.2127. The Intel site says that I received the download on 2/6/2024. I checked the windows updater history to see if it was downloaded and installed. Nothing, I searched the desktop files as much as my computer illiteracy allows me to. nothing. Can i get the 31.0.101.2127 driver download from Intel again? or do i need to look elsewhere? The reason for wanting to update the driver is the message i receive in the information box: Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5912&SUBSYS_07A11028&REV_04\3&11583659&1&10 requires further installation. wanted to uninstall the older driver (30.0.101.2127.), and also some other issues with the picture. When installing the newer driver, do i need to download the new driver, before uninstalling the driver in use now? also, do i check the box that asks "delete the driver software for this device" Any assistance would be appreciated.
