It use before august. ever since that update in september hit everytime i record i get huge lag. like 10 fps. It use to never be like this. i decided to bring this up a year later. No programs work. They all get 15 fps or 10. Is there anyway i can go back to the old driver or do something?!? i have no money so buying is not a option. thanks

Try uninstalling your current graphics driver(s), restart, and install a different one corresponding to your operating system. Remember you can also get a driver from the system manufacturer's website.

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034574.htm Graphics Drivers — Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel Display/HDMI Audio Driver

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600-for-4th-Generation-Intel-Core-Processors https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600-for-4th-Generation-Intel-Core-Processors
