Intel HD Graphics 4000 Driver Issue with Windows 8.1

intel HD Graphics 4000 Driver 9.18.10.3222 with Windows 8.1

After installing Windows 8.1 Pro or Enterprise Windows update the driver

on this version and I use Skystar card now I've kinda flashing small

lines on the channels I watch and after I install older version for this

driver I don't have this problem anymore but Windows keep updating the

driver for the last version. anyone have same issue or have solution.

yeah Thanks for late reply and I'm not using Windows 8.1 preview one I use the final one the RTM. anyway I'm waiting .. to be fixed.
