This problem occurs after updating a certain version (probably 101.4146) of the graphics card driver.

My gpu : Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics.

Is the graphics card an Intel Branded Card or is it for another brand?
Take a video showing the issue and settings of the software, in case we need to replicate the issue.
To know your hardware and software environment, run and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

I have checked on the Intel® SSU that your system is up to date, just to confirm if the driver was properly installed, please answer the question below:

Did you use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) before installing the driver 31.0.101.5084? Otherwise, follow the article How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver and then install the driver 31.0.101.5084.

We have been working on the issue reproduction. The sample file the you shared is not working and does not open. We will need another file that works or perhaps the you can share a video on how to reproduce the issue from the beginning without the need of a sample file.

I know you have shared some videos in order for us to reproduce the issue, we are interested in addressing this issue, however, it would help us if we could get a detailed example of how to reproduce the issue. Perhaps a project we can import and quickly see the issue.
