Hello,

I recently purchased an intel Arc a380 Low Profile card to use as a dedicated encoder for OBS while my RTX 3070 handles playing games .

my specs --^

I have two issues. even after reinstalling Intel Arc Control multiple times it will not launch again. my other issue is when I enable resizable BAR on my msi motherboard my computer no longer identify my Intel Arc a380, just my integrated graphics.

For us to further check this, please help provide the following details:

What is the brand of the low profile Arc A380?
Can you tell us on which PCIe slot did you install this Graphics card?
What is your main Graphics? Is it the RTX 3070?
How can you switch from RTX 3070 to Arc A380 during the encoding?
