What game is it? Have you checked the game manufacturers website to make sure you have the latest patches? Do you have the latest graphics driver from here: http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/detect.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/detect.htm ?

.

I'm not checked manufacturer latest patch, but my Video Card's Driver is latest. I've been following this page:"http://www.playtool.com/pages/troubleshooting/intro.html", but it still not working. Why do you think update the latest patch will solve this problem?

I'm playing Left4Dead1. Thank you for reply.

that website seems a bit old.

if someone gives you advice after you asking for advice don't question just do!!!

check there is no patch update for teh game...but more importantly look at the minimum requiremenst of the game, does your system meet them? if it does, does it jsut meet them?or easily?

also do you have your graphics settings in the game on low/high?
