topic ERROR CODE 43 in Graphics

I have an ACER Travelmate core i7 8th generation with windows 11.

I watch movies and other videos regularly via a VGA-USB adapter to my TV. TV screen suddenly goes blank and upon investigation device manager states that this device has stopped working - error code 43.

I tried updating the driver but this does not help. I am now missing out on my leisure.

please advise. the HDMI to HDMI also does not work.
