Hi Marilyn,

Although I can read Hebrew, on the attached images there is no enough information about your system. Support in this site is given in English only. The translator can't translate test from images. Saying this, I can see on the attached image from the Intel DSA, that you tried to update a Network Adapter Driver rather then a Graphics Adapter Driver.

Any way, since you have an old Gen 3 CPU (I7-3770), there is no Intel Graphics Driver for Windows 10. Use the Windows 10 driver (Microsoft Basic Graphics Deriver) which should be enough for most tasks.
