Abnormal refresh rate prevent extending desktop function

Hi,

on my HP laptop with Intel HD Grafics 520 card the refresh rate is 60.56 Hz (not editable by GUI).

When i try to extend desktop on external monitor HP (it work to 60 hz) the firmware of monitor inform to switch rr to 60 hz and revert the change to cloned desktop.

Enviroment:

HP EliteBook G3
Windows 10 Pro
BIOS Version/Date HP N75 Ver. 01.14, 12/04/2017
Resolution 1920 x 1080 x 60 hertz
Adapter Description Intel(R) HD Graphics 520
Driver Version 31.0.101.2111

Is'it normal?

How can fix this situation?
