Intel ARC control software is black

The Intel ARC control center opens, but there is nothing there. It is black.

Can you share some images?

Also, are you using Intel arc graphics card or different card?

Thanks so much for answering. The problem is fixed, sort of. I reinstalled Windows 10. This was a brand new PC, that I built for my Grandson. Just had it running for a few days. First tried system restore, but that just messed everything up. So I had to do the re-install. And everything is working great after reinstall. I didn’t take a picture, but what it looked like as if the Intel arc controller had opened, but there was no info in the window, just black. My GPU is Sparkle intel ARC A580.
