165 hz monitor runs on 119.8hz max

Hello, I have a laptop with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz processor and an intel iris Xe graphics card, I have a monitor that runs 1920x1080@165hz, but it only gives me119.8hz max. I'm connected to the monitor using HDMI 2.0, I don't know why it wont run 165hz,
please let me know if anybody finds a solution.

Please run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows and perform a scan for all options. Attach the output file here.

Please also create a Report for Intel Graphics Drivers and attach the file here.

This platform is an HP 15-DY2056 (SKU 2Q2E6UA#ABA)

Unfortunately, HP only offers the HDMI connection as a video output.

1080p @ 165 Hz is not possible via HDMI 1.4b. With standard video timing, 1080p @ 120 Hz is the maximum that this device can output. Due to the limited rendering power of this laptop, I don't think there's any benefit to increasing the refresh rate any further.

The monitor's diagnostic data shows 119.982 Hz, so this "odd number" in Windows is fine.
