When running the primary touch screen display at 1024*768 and plugging in an external monitor via USB-3 to HDMI, in duplicate mode, the touch screen calibration of the primary screen goes askew. The left and right part of the screen seems to be off by a centimeter. Tried running driver versions 100.7985, 101.2128 and 100.9565 and all three give the same results anddoes not make a difference. When the external monitor is unplugged, the primary device works fine. The issue is only with touch. Using a mouse is fine.
