Realtek HD Audio (Stereo Speaker) Driver | Touchpad Problem

I need help there is no sound output i checked in setting but it only says steam streaming speakers. I also saw another post saying do win + r then dxdiag. I will attach that information on this so it saves time. And there is another problem and thats with my inbuilt touchpad i tried alot of things but cant get it to work, this happened 2 in a half year ago, had to use a mouse. And i don't think the board name is correct my bad...

Your laptop has Realtek audio chip, so install Realtek audio driver which is released on year 2021`

Both versions are different and have different features, use the device manager install the driver

It doesn't have the drive i need. I need 12C HID Device driver i am pretty sure put the hp website only gives the following:

- ELAN Fingerprint Sensor Driver

- ELAN Precision Touchpad Filter Driver
- HP Wireless Button Driver

This is in the category of Driver-Keyboard, Mouse and Input Devices (3). I will be asking the hp forum as well.

Yeah, If there is a problem with the Realtek HD Audio (Stereo Speaker) driver, then the speaker volume may be reduced or the sound may not come out properly. To fix this problem, it is best to update or reinstall the driver. Similarly, if the touchpad does not work or suddenly moves strangely, it may also be due to the driver. Installing the correct and new driver will solve these problems.
