For me to properly address your concern, please share the information below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Was this working fine before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Did you make any recent changes to the system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Have you tried using OEM drivers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Have you tried using other buds or speakers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Both&amp;nbsp;Intel® Smart Sound Technology for Bluetooth® Audio and&amp;nbsp;Intel® Smart Sound Technology for Bluetooth® LE Audio when enabled in the Drivers, makes my samsung galaxy buds2 pro have very low audio and buggy audio, When i have them disabled in the drivers i use loudness equilization to make the audio louder again. What's causing the audio to be very low. I have everything updated to the latest version, including the drivers&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Acer Predator. i9-14900hx&lt;/P&gt;</description>
