topic 2X Command Center, Arc one frozen in Graphics

Hi,

I have a LENOVO ThinkBook 16 G7 IML with an Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 155H CPU with integrated Intel Arc graphics. A few days ago, I installed Windows 11 Pro, which came with the Intel Graphics Command Center.

Both the Intel Graphics Command Center and Device Manager identify my GPU only as “Intel® Graphics” and indicate that I am using the latest version of the graphics driver.

Today, the Intel Driver & Support Assistant prompted me to install a new Intel Arc graphics driver, which I did. Now, the Intel Graphics Command Center still identifies my GPU only as “Intel® Graphics”, with the unchanged data about latest driver version, but I also have the new Intel Arc Control Center. However, the Intel Arc Control Center opens but remains frozen until I close it via Task Manager, so I cannot review its settings.

Everything related to graphics seems to work fine. Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve the issue with having two command centers and how to unfreeze Intel Arc one?

Thank you!

Just one addition, someone mentioned that in some other forum, it seems that Intel Arc capabilities can by unleashed only if laptop runs in dual channel RAM configuration, at least at Lenovo laptops.
