      <title>Intel(R) Pcie controller x16-1901 driver - code 10 - is it driver issue or hardware issue ?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Hello! I have a problem with Pcie controller x16-1901.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I think there is almost 2 year that I have it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The graphics card is recently greyed out.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have updated all drivers and windows upto date, nothing resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have even tried reset this pc with both cloud install and reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But issue not cleared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;recently, &lt;STRONG&gt;the windows is corrupted with blue screen and not able to boot.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to a service center and the technician installed new windows, and stated the graphics card hardware and intel(R) PCIe controllere are having issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since this is a stupid idea of having integrated graphics.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The options given by the technicians are&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Disable the nvidia graphics card, use as a normal laptop&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and remember that " this is not a gaming laptop, you been cheated by marketing, hiding the tag line ' 2 Years laptop '&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Replace the motherboard completely with a new one&lt;/STRONG&gt;, i hope only fools can take that decision.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Device: Acer Aspire 7 - 8 GB Ram - 512Gb SSD&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Processor: i5 10th generation&lt;BR /&gt;Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4gb RAM&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Any solution for it?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Any experts in intel team to examine this issue via anydesk ?&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2024-09-30 185207.png" style="width: 728px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.intel.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/59323i1C993C64B8C678CA/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999&amp;amp;whitelist-exif-data=Orientation%2CResolution%2COriginalDefaultFinalSize%2CCopyright" role="button" title="Screenshot 2024-09-30 185207.png" alt="Screenshot 2024-09-30 185207.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2024-09-30 185223.png" style="width: 702px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.intel.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/59324iC9EBAF5C6A41EA18/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999&amp;amp;whitelist-exif-data=Orientation%2CResolution%2COriginalDefaultFinalSize%2CCopyright" role="button" title="Screenshot 2024-09-30 185223.png" alt="Screenshot 2024-09-30 185223.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
