Gpu intel arc A770 remains in b2 code without video signal

I just installed an intel arc A770 gpu to the x299 xpower gaming ac motherboard with the bios updated to the latest version It does not provide video and stays in the B2 code The board was working with the gtx 1650 gpu with rebar activated working in uefi any suggestion why it doesn't give video with this intel gpu.

The processor installed on the motherboard is an i7 7820x installed and working correctly
