Problema con consumo de Arc a750 Sparkle

A pesar de haber seguido los pasos que indica Intel para reducir el consumo energético de mi GPU Arc a750 en reposo, el consumo solo bajó de 42w a 37w. Habilité en mi Bios Asrock la opción Native ASMP y habilité el puerto L1 de acuerdo con las instrucciones del propio fabricante. También hice la configuración en Windows seleccionado el máximo ahorro de energía para el PCI Express.

Información adicional:

Mi Gpu es una Intel Arc a750 Sparkle Orc Oc.

Mi sistema operativo es Windows 11 Pro 24H2.

Hice una instalación limpia de sistema operativo y de drivers de video.

Solo cuento con un monitor y ya lo configuré a 60hz.

Adjunto a este mensaje un informe de diagnóstico del sistema realizado por el Centro de comando de gráficos de Intel.

Is your system in a well-ventilated area? Poor airflow can cause components to run hotter and consume more power.
Are there any background processes or applications that might be causing the GPU to remain active even at idle?
Have you checked the power supply unit (PSU) to ensure it is functioning efficiently and not contributing to higher power draw?

Greetings,

1. I attach the requested file to this message.
2. Yes, I installed the latest drivers after using the DDU tool to uninstall the previous drivers.
3. My pc is mini itx, so it cannot be extremely ventilated. However, the processor is cooled by an all in one liquid cooler and the GPU is cooled by its own system. I don't see very high temperatures. The CPU goes between 35 and 40 degrees and the graphics card goes to 49-50 degrees at idle.
4. I don't think I have any background processes that contribute to the GPU consuming more power at idle. I did a clean OS install after installing the graphics card and have very few programs installed.
5. With my previous graphics card, a gtx 1650 Super, I have no power consumption problems and my computer shows no signs of any power supply failure. However, if there is a tool to verify that in detail, I can do the check.
