    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried fully unistalling the current drivers and reinstall the latest drivers?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Id advise the use of the DDU unistaller for clearing all the old driver entries and files&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class="lia-list-style-type-circle"&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Boot In the safe mode enviroment&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Run DDU (As Administrator)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Block windows from updating the card automatically (option available in the settings)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select the GPU (in this case INTEL)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hit unistall and restart&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Boot Windows in normal mode&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Install the latest driver for your card&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;i believe this is the latest driver for your gpu. but double check.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18369/intel-graphics-driver-for-windows-15-40.html" target="_blank"&gt;Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.40]&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DDU allows you to backup before unistalling (also an option in the settings), do so just in case&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>confused on what i should do with graphic driver</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;so i used to be able to run a lot of apps with the intel hd graphic card 5500 but now most of these apps are saying the graphic driver is out of date a few of my friends aren't having this issue but i am and I'm confused on what i should do, should i get my pc replaced as it's a laptop or is it just it an my end issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
