Cannot turn resizable bar on arc a750

Hi,

Let me first provide you with the details of my system components:

CPU Ryzen 5 5600
Motherboard: ASRock B450 HDV R4
GPU Intel Arc A750

I have enabled all the necessary settings for ReBAR support, including disabling C.S.M., enabling ReBAR support, and turning on Above 4G Decoding. However, both Arc Control and GPU-Z still indicate that ReBAR is not enabled. Additionally, I experience significant frame stuttering and high frametimes while playing Valorant. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Was it working fine before?
