Hello Seanie000, this behavior was reported a few months ago; please check this URL for additional information. http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-009483.htm Graphics Drivers — Errors Reported By Microsoft* Please follow the solutions given on that page.

If you have an OEM system, I would recommend installing the graphics driver they provided, since our drivers are generic and sometimes the OEM system does not allow the installation of them.

You can also try doing a system restore on your computer to the last working state.

Regards,

Sean, you can try to install our drivers, but it will be necessary to force the installation by performing manual procedure; however I cannot assure you they are going to work as expected.

See here for instructions: http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355.htm Graphics Drivers — Computer Manufacturer Graphics Driver Detected

The following link will show you the latest driver available for your system https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=22166 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=22166

Please let me know if this resolves your issue.
