Hi, I have i7 13th, 64Gb RAM with a750.

Looking to get a Meta Quest 3 VR headset. Will it work with the a750?

hi there,

A year after Meta launched Quest 3 and until now it cannot be used with VR on Intel Arc A770 LE, A750 etc... I don't understand why Intel doesn't help with that, it took a long time for Xplane to be compatible to be able to play it on PC, now VR is in fashion and with Intel nothing can be done.

Intel Arc users will never be able to use the VR as it doesn't support the video codex.
The codex is usually hard coded in the chipset. They could go the software route but not enough people to warrant them spending the time and money to do it. Even if all the Arc users would complain I doubt they would do anything. I've accepted the fact that I have purchased a subpar GPU. When the next opportunity comes guess which GPU brand I will be leaving off my list?

It's a shame and frustrating that this happens, I don't know what I was thinking when I bought an Intel GPU, but as you say, VR with Intel won't happen, and I just bought a Quest 3 and it's not working at all...

Hi there again and here another post 😡

How is it possible that after 2 years of the release of intel gpu such as arc a770 we are still asking and asking for support for it to work well with our hardware and software. Now I just bought a Quest 3 and nothing works because of the GPU, I can't use Remote Desktop with mixed reality windwos 11, I can't link the headset with oculus quest, I can't play MSFS 2020 due to the incompatible GPU, and nothing that has to do with VR (Virtual Reality) is not compatible, so what is happening with intel and they partners that do not allow us to use their products as they should be, and they continue to release new products INCOMPATIBLE with everything that some of us want to use.
Please INTEl should be aware that if you want to compete with the best (NVIDIA & AMD) you have to be better than them, otherwise people like me and a lot of people will stop buying your products and look for better options.
