Intel HD Graphics 520 missing recent version

Dear reader,

An application requires me to use a more recent version of the Intel HD Graphics 520 driver. The platform I am using is a 6th generation i5 architecture. When I went to visit the download centrum and found what is supposed to be the most recent version. The issue I am running into is that when requesting a download, an html body stating merely "access denied" is shown. I wish to obtain the following version: Intel® 6th-10th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows (31.0.101.2115).

In looking around, the latest version I found and am running is 30.0.101.1338. Yet, the application still gives an alert that a higher version is required. If anyone has an idea to a solution or a way to still download it, I would greatly appreciate it.

You can get 7th thru 10th gen drivers from here:

I have tried to install this driver package but this installs the same older version I am already running.

The alert in the middle of the screen translates to:
"
Question
This computer already has more recent versions than the ones you are trying to install. Are you sure you want to proceed?
"
