1. Was this working fine before?

2. Is the issue isolated to Roblox?

3. What game settings are you using?

4. Does the issue happen right after opening Roblox?

5. What specific game are you playing on Roblox?

6. If possible, please attach a short video clip of the issue.

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
