Any and all help would be appreciated.

Using an MSI GE66 Raider laptop purchased in 2020.

Operating system Window 11

Intel Core i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz processor

Intel UHD Graphics driver version 26.20.100.7642 and Nvidia GeForce RTX Super driver version 566.36

The last time I had a transparent window on top of a solid window, I rolled back the Intel HD driver and the issue was resolved. That is not working his time, unfortunately.

I am not too savvy either, so I apologize for not being specific enough or using the correct terminology.

Thank you for reading, be well.
